Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

curator is an early-stage product operated by Yannik Goldgräbe (Switzerland). For anything privacy-related, contact hi@yannik.gold.

2. What we collect, and why

Early-access signup. If you complete the signup, we store your email address and your survey answers (e.g. how often you post, backlog size, willingness to pay). We use these to manage the waitlist, send your invite, and shape the product. We email you about curator only — no spam, unsubscribe anytime. Answers you give before entering an email are stored without any direct identifier.

Self-hosted usage analytics. We run our own, first-party analytics on our own server: page views, funnel steps, referrer and campaign tags (UTM), your browser's user-agent string, and a salted hash of your IP address — the raw IP is never stored. A random session ID is kept in your browser's localStorage so the funnel works. No third-party analytics service receives this data.

Meta Pixel. This page uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads on Facebook/Instagram lead to signups (events: page view and lead). Meta Platforms may set cookies and process data as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage this via your Meta ad preferences or youronlinechoices.eu.

Fonts. We load the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser therefore transmits your IP address to Google when fetching them. See the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Where your data lives

Signup and analytics data is stored on our own server, hosted in Switzerland. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone beyond the services named above.

4. How long we keep it

Waitlist data: until curator launches and you've been invited, or until you ask us to remove you. Analytics data: at most 24 months. You can request deletion at any time — one email is enough.

5. Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the EU GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time: hi@yannik.gold. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority (in Switzerland: the FDPIC).

6. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above.
